  • Generally, a bass power amp would be designed to stay clean. So on the PAE-2 the PI GAIN (phase inverter gain) would be set low, with the FEEDBACK and POWER set high. There are sample settings for the PAE-2 mimicking some bass amps on the webpage (https://axiomeffects.com/products/power-amp-emulator-pae-2). …I’m currently working on updating those settings with a more accurate method (the one I’m using for the Music Man HD-130 settings).

  • Looking forward to getting my hands on one! Question: For using as a Bass power amp what general settings might one try to turn up or down. Any plans for providing example settings for any bass amps with tube power amps?
